Sprained

Missed the last step of as I was walking down stairs and completely twisted my foot as I fell on my ankle. Not what i needed especially with my busy schedule I had to cancel on volunteering last night hope I don't miss any work. This is day 2 and its starting to look worse I'm trying to keep the swelling down by keeping it elevated, iced, and wearing an ace wrap. Not how I want to spend my day off. I went in to see a PA at work who told me to take ibuprofen 3x a day. Hope I don't have to miss out any work.

Already challenged in April and I brought IT!!

I was asked to handle a whole unit by myself after 10 days of orienting. Each unit averages 30-40 pts. I'm supposed to be orienting until the 17th which would be 1 month after I started. I was nervous at first but  told myself it was my chance to prove em I got what it takes. The day flew by I was so busy, but I got through the day doing everything on time and even had time to take my lunch! Whoo what a rush! Can't wait to do it again, couldn't have done it without the help from the floats and cnas!

Springing forward

About to do a 8-2am shift. Wishing I had that hour of sleep back in my life or that id at least had a full nights rest. Haven't been sleeping too well as of late. So weird to see it jump from 1:30am to 3:00am.

Started the month off with a show at the Fox! 

Tycho opened up for STS9 and even though I had signed up for Tycho, STS9 blew me away.   

Took the last Bart out of Oakland and rode with a bunch of kids... so annoying and then this girl threw up all over herself. 

Some STS9... they played this song expect with horns it sounded so cool live 

and their light show was exquisite.
