Halloween 2010

Had a great Halloween despite the stress I've been feeling. Spent the afternoon watching the giants game at Seton with great people. Now it's time for the school week to begin. No procrastinating this time!! I promise nothing but work from here on out!!

Basso's

Came to noe valley to watch the giants game with amber across the street from Danielle's at Noe's bar/Basso's. We started chitachating with this guy who turned out to be the owner. He also owns Delirium, he gave us a card for three free drinks from there. We got to talking about pizza and he asked us our 3 favorite pizza toppings. Next thing we new we had a pizza infront of us. So cool! This guy is awesome.

Have orientation today at Kaiser for med/surg. I was able to go upstairs and see the little dude while we were getting our badges. They should be headed home today.

I dunno what to call my nephew. What can I make out of Daniel Jacob? I Dont feel right calling him Danny at all cus thats what I've called my brother forever, Daniel just seems too mature for a baby, he doesnt really look like a junior but im considering it, maybe D.J., or Daniel Jacob jingleheimer schmidt lol. Ughh

Since our program runs in quarters but the school runs in semester we get no break what so ever between our quarters. Pretty lame, we just had our final for 211 and now we start 212 the next day. oh well we had a good afternoon headed down to outback in San Mateo after the final for some of their happy hour drinks, we had a good time getting to know some of the people in our class we havnt talked to yet. We're aiming for a higher number of peeps to join us for our next final trying to bond with these people since we're all in the same boat for the next 2 years :)

I think I'm gonna start documenting my mula moments heres one to start it off.

Photo taken after exiting the freeway to turn around 1 exit before arriving at school. I had just realized I'd left my wallet at home. Any other day I wouldn't have minded except for today because I plan to get a nice cold one after this final and u can't do that without money or an ID.
