Can hardly believe its been 2 years since Ric's been gone. We had brunch at one of his favorite places burgermeister in westlake. The food was just ehhh mimosas were alright though. Got some pics with Haley. Felt good to be surrounded by people who knew him.

On our walk to the parade we came across a small store where they were painting faces... got lucky and had an actual artist paint my face

saw Katelyn's mom and her alter dedicated to her really sweet I knew she'd be out there as she is every year.

Really happy I made it out to this festival this year. It was completely last minute but it all came together.. Grabbed some candles pics of Ric and flowers for the occasion. Was so pleasantly surprised and got chills when Danielle and I unknowingly placed Ric's memorial under a tree dedicated to those who lost their lives to Cancer.
