Roses are so cliche tulips now that's where the heart is... had an alright v-day but not the best weekend. Note to everyone Carolina does not enjoy balloons, flowers, or chocolates for v-day or birthdays. A nice card and some food is good enough. I also don't wear jewelry.. very speical I am,ehh.

Being domesticated.

Did the bf's laundry this morning at the laundy mat, ehh 3rd time ever in one of those places. I had to wash my sleeping bag and couldt do that at home cus of the size of the thing. It was so smelly and gross after being in a van with a bunch of guys for 10 days. Yuck it stank up my trunk too.

no income coming in

Redundant.. yes.

Going on my third month of being jobless. The only income I have right now is the books I've been selling on amazon and it hasn't been much. Month one was spent finishing up the fall quarter, and getting random shit done that needed to be done. Month two I focused on fining an internship and looking for a part time job which I can work the two around. I swore I wouldn't buy anyone any x-mas gifts but shit that didn't end up happening. I have school to pay for now and I hate taping into my savings which I have for when I get into nursing school. I have way too many expenses to many bills. The first to go will definatly be my god awful health insurance bull shit. I Will have to go back to living life on the edge as I liked to call it. I found two places to intern at, just sux I don't get paid. I'm gonna do them both mainly becuase of the experience I will be gaining. Luckily one of them is close to home the other is in san mateo. This quarter I will have to drive to campus 2 times a week which means I should buy a parking permit. Why does everything in life = money?

...getting ready on a friday night, skipping dinner just to get a headache and end up sitting in bed with a bowel of cereal. I guess I just shouldn't bother.

What a day it's been, too awake to sleep at the moment so I will ramble about the days events and some past. Went to Hayward yesterday for nothing... what a disapointment I officially hate the health science dept. for misplacing my request and making me drive over there just to hear "no" Whatevs. Went to peet's coffee for some studying in the morning free tea via rodney. Then met some friends from school for some yummy food in San Mateo. Never been to place that was dedicated to serving authentic Ramen it was is pretty good. Just sorta tricky to eat, but it was fun. Hit up the mall for a bit. Then went to Kinko's where I got free copies for my final via Young Eddie. Stopped by Bens for an hour we went no where just hung out in his living room, hadn't done that in a while. We called Squirrel nuts (wait no one calls him that anymore.. (Jonathan)> and messed with him he's so funny.. 'I know where you live' . Anyway I decided the other morning that I should really start looking for a job. Found a pretty cool one on craigslist I'd send the email now but I wouldn't want them to think that I'm up at 1am so I'll send them the email tomorrow asap. I hope I get it not many part time positions available now a days, or jobs for that matter, and the hours are perfect. Yikes I'm actually considering getting a facebook. Honestly it feels like you don't exist unless you have one... do I want to exist? Not rly. I like not caring about things others care for, but I'd also like to keep in touch with people I don't see so often so I guess i do care?. Life's dilemmas. Ugh I guess I should try and sleep now.

Dan and I went over for an early lunch/dinner at Dave's on Sunday. Saw his christmas tree and about half of the pictures from his trip to amsterdam/barcelona... so many pictures, food was good though. I need to stop eating..

x-mas dindin

Got all fancy on Saturday for Dindin with the boys, Alex and Ben. We had no idea where to go. Luckily someone brought up Hungry Hunter.. Yumm the food there is good. We ate in the bar area next to a huge lit fireplace it felt like we were some place far far away, yet we were still in SSF. eh. I had the whisky peppercorn primerib. I ordered it medium rare, and it came back to me still bleeding, ehh sorta grossed me out at least it wasn't cold.

Friday 12/11: Downtown, cheescake factory, and resume writing

Went down town with alex my heart, we had to pick up his watch from the repair shop from three weeks ago. We had lunch at the cheesecake facorty and bought our lovely mothers cheesecake cakes for their birthdays. Food was ehh irish coffee was good in the old weather. We ate outside under a heat lamp, it was ok cus it started raining as we were leaving. Then we headed to Barnes to write some letters and do some resume revising. I'm pretty satisfied with it :) We also ran into Sal Castaneda who was hosting the beleive thing for Macy's. We also saw puppys in Macy's window display from the SPCA who were up for adoption.

NorthBeach

Commissure played grant and green last night. The bands they played with were obber good, An Isotope, and Atheroem. Northbeach is full of drunks and bar fights.. kinda surprised to see that on a Wednesday night, I guess i don't get out too much.
